1. Who we are

Headshot Studio Pro is provided by Forensic Intelligence, Ltd. ("Forensic Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the iPhone app Headshot Studio Pro, our related support communications about that app, and the way the app handles images and generated outputs.

3. What data the app handles

The app is designed to handle only the data needed to create the headshot you request.

4. How remote AI processing works

When you tap a control that starts generation, the app transmits the image you selected, along with any generation settings needed to fulfill your request, to a remote AI processing service. That service processes the request and returns generated headshot images to the app.

We use this transmission solely to provide the headshot-generation feature that you asked us to perform. We do not use submitted photos or generated outputs for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.

By choosing to submit an image for generation, you direct the app to send that image for remote processing.

Third-party AI processors

Remote processing may be performed by a third-party AI provider acting as a service provider or processor on our behalf. Such providers are expected to process the data only to fulfill the requested generation task and to provide protections that are the same as or stronger than the protections described here.

Publishing note: If you use a named external AI vendor, list that provider by name in this section before publication for the strongest alignment with App Review expectations.

5. What we do not do

• We do not show third-party advertising in Headshot Studio Pro.
• We do not track users across apps, websites, or services for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
• We do not sell submitted photos, generated images, or personal data.
• We do not intentionally keep your submitted photos or generated outputs on our own servers after the processing request is complete.

6. Photos and on-device storage

The app may save generated images on your device and may request the photo-library permission level needed to let you export or download generated headshots to the Photos app. If the app only needs to save generated images, it should request only the narrowest permission necessary for that purpose.

Your own use of iCloud Photos, backups, or synchronization features provided by Apple is governed by Apple’s own services and settings, not by this app.

7. Legal basis and purpose of processing

We process images and related request data to provide the core functionality of the app: generating professional headshots from images that you choose to submit. That processing occurs because you initiate it and because it is necessary to provide the feature you requested.

8. Data sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the requested generation workflow, including with network, hosting, and AI processing providers that help us deliver the service. We do not share your data for advertising, independent analytics profiling, or sale.

9. Data retention

Forensic Intelligence, Ltd. does not intentionally retain your submitted source images or generated headshots on its own servers after the request has been processed and a response has been returned to the app. Copies that you save remain on your device and, if you choose to export them, in your own Photos library.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data during transmission and handling. No method of transmission or electronic processing is completely risk-free, but we aim to minimize the amount of data handled and the amount of time it is exposed to remote systems.

11. Children

Headshot Studio Pro is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit images of children unless you are legally authorized to do so and the submission complies with applicable law and platform rules.

12. Your choices

• You can choose not to submit an image for remote generation.
• You can delete images stored locally on your device at any time.
• You can manage or revoke photo-library access in iOS Settings.
• You can contact us using the information in this policy with privacy questions.

13. International processing

Because remote AI processing may involve service providers in more than one jurisdiction, data may be processed outside your home country while your request is being fulfilled.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and revise this page.
